Where are you located?
We are in the Whitecross building, 32 Reyburn St, Town Basin, Whangarei.
How do I book an appointment?
You can make an appointment by calling us on 09 430 0062 or by requesting an appointment.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, we have plenty of off-street parking near our building.
Do I need a referral to receive treatment?
No, you can contact us directly.
Do I need a referral for an ACC claim?
No, we can initiate an ACC claim at your first appointment if this is appropriate.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.
Do you do Xrays?
Xrays are available at the onsite branch of TRG next door. We can refer you for an Xray if this is required.
Do you liaise with my GP or other health providers?
Yes, we have strong relationships with medical practitioners and health providers throughout Whangarei.
What does treatment cost?
Private appointments $70
ACC appointments $35
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes. We’re committed to keeping all our clients safe during Covid19, so we offer telehealth where appropriate.
